Safety & Security

Residents of Stonegate will immediately feel at ease with the 24-hour onsite gate-guard who manages all visitor entry. There are also three residents-only gates on-property which limits traffic and creates a safe environment. This highly secure community allows visitors and vendors into the neighborhood only with the advanced notification of its residents. With the addition of Stonegate’s implementation of QuickPass — a new electronic system — residents now have the opportunity to instantly communicate with gate personnel. Residents also have the option of phoning the gatehouse for notification of future guests and vendors.

Stonegate is one of Scottsdale’s finest gated master communities. The community is known for its junior Olympic size swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, play structure, basketball court, walking trails and the recent addition of 2 pickleball courts making its recreational amenities desirable for all ages.
